We want you to be completely satisfied with FTPix. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. Free Plan
The Free plan costs nothing and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund. You can use the Free plan for as long as you want.
2. New Subscriptions — 7-Day Guarantee
If you are subscribing to a paid plan (Basic, Pro, or Studio) for the first time, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked.

- Include your registered email address and reason for refund (optional)
- We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
3. Monthly Plans
- Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time
- When you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused days on monthly plans (except within the 7-day guarantee)
- Renewal charges will stop once the current period ends
4. Annual Plans
- Annual plans offer a ~20% discount compared to monthly billing
- If you cancel within 30 days of your annual subscription start date, you receive a prorated refund minus one month at the standard monthly rate
- After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the 12-month period
- Example: If you subscribe to Pro Annual (₹8,630/year) and cancel on day 20, you'd be refunded ₹8,630 minus ₹899 (1 month at regular price) = ₹7,731
5. Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan:
- The change takes effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle
- You continue to have access to the higher plan features until the current period ends
- No refund is issued for the difference — simply cancel and re-subscribe to the lower plan
6. Service Issues
If FTPix experiences significant downtime or service disruption that prevents you from using the platform for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund. Contact us at [email protected] with details.
7. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Account terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Failure to cancel before automatic renewal (you can cancel anytime to prevent this)
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described on the pricing page
- After the 7-day guarantee period for new subscribers
- After 30 days for annual plans

- We will review and respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
