The Challenge: A 3-Day Rajasthani Wedding with 800 Guests

Rajesh Patel, a wedding photographer based in Jaipur, was hired for a lavish 3-day Rajasthani wedding at City Palace. The family's requirement was clear: "We want every guest to have their photos before they leave."

The Results

What Rajesh Would Do Differently

  1. Bring 2 portable routers — At one point the router temporarily lost connectivity when moved between halls. A backup would have prevented a 5-minute gap.
  2. Print more QR codes — The table cards worked great, but the outdoor baraat area had none. A large standee with the QR code at the entrance would have helped.
  3. Create sub-events upfront — Rajesh created the Mehendi sub-event on site. Creating all 3 sub-events before the wedding saves time.
